Miguel Hastings was commissioned to design the landscape for a new two-story residence on a waterfront site overlooking the New River. The pool and deck anchor the rear yard, with direct access from the kitchen and dining areas to support indoor-outdoor living and entertainment. A secluded seating area with fire pit and outdoor shower, enclosed by dense tropical planting, provides a secondary retreat. The design balances intimate garden rooms with an open sight line from the pool terrace through to the private dock and river beyond.
